No. The only commitment is a one-month minimum rental. You can cancel at any time by giving 15 days' notice. If you prefer a longer period, we offer discounts starting from 3 months.
2. How much does it cost to rent a storage unit in Malaga?
From €36.30/month (VAT included) for a locker. Prices vary depending on the size. Please check the rate table above or call us for no-obligation advice.
3. Can I access my unit at any time?
At our Calle Ceramistas facility, access is available 365 days a year, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, using a personal code. The customer service office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
4. Will my belongings be safe?
Yes. All facilities feature 24-hour video surveillance and perimeter alarms. Additionally, each unit includes basic insurance of €600/m². You can increase this up to €20,000 for €4/month per additional €1,000 of coverage.
5. Are there issues with humidity or temperature changes?
No. Our storage units maintain a stable temperature year-round and feature continuous ventilation to prevent humidity and unpleasant odors.
6. What documents do I need to rent a unit?
For individuals: ID/Passport, bank account details, and a debit card. For companies: Tax ID (CIF), proof of authorization for the signer, and bank account details. You can review the full documentation requirements before your visit.
